River kayaks are built for to manuever quickly. They are shorter and rounder. Ocean kayaks are built to go farther and are more streamlined. Tubing down a river is a popular sport but kayaks are on another level! Increased speed and agility are big benefits, but even larger is being dry in a cold northern stream! |
